Overview

eBaymag automatically configures the most suitable shipping options for each of your eight international eBay marketplaces, saving you time, reducing operational complexity, and enabling you to manage each market more effectively.

Importing Shipping Policies

When you import a listing, its shipping policy is automatically imported and visible on the Items page. The policy includes the service description, shipping cost, excluded countries, return policy and more. Based on this policy, eBaymag automatically configures shipping settings for the listing across your international sites.

Managing Your Policies

All your shipping policies — both imported and manually created — are listed under Policies → Business Policies. This is your central hub for shipping management.

From this page, you can:

· View all existing shipping policies

· Click any policy name to open and edit details

· Create new policies using the "Create a shipping policy" button

· Delete policies you no longer need

· Open Shipping Policy Settings to adjust your configuration mode (AI Config – Price Priority / AI Config – SLA Priority/ Manual Config)

Policy Detail View

Click any policy name to open its Shipping Policy Detail page. This is where you view and manage everything about a policy — from the general settings that apply to all sites, to individual per-site configurations.

This view contains three sections:

Original Site Policy: The source settings from your eBay listing (view only).

General Policy: A master table that applies globally across all sites. Changes here update every market.

International Site Tabs: Individual tabs for each target market where you can make independent adjustments.
