14-Day Returns for EU Sites
A return policy is required for listings published to EU sites, including UK, DE, IT, ES, and FR. The 14-Day Returns Accepted toggle in Shipping Policy Settings helps ensure your listings meet this requirement automatically.
When enabled, eBaymag automatically applies a 14-day return window to listings published to these EU sites if no return policy is already set.
Recommendation: Keep this toggle ON to ensure your listings publish successfully across all EU sites.
Return Shipping Cost
By default, return shipping cost is covered by the buyer. If you prefer to offer free returns, go to the relevant single shipping policy and disable "Return shipping will be paid by buyer" on the General Policy page.
