eBaymag supports excluding PO Box addresses from your shipping coverage. For each site, the PO Box setting is inherited from the Sites page exclusion setting. if none is configured there, the PO Box exclusion defaults to the setting configured in your original eBay policy.

1. Navigate to Sites page → Excluded Countries.

2. Add PO Box.

3. Click Apply to save.

Note: The Sites page "Exclude PO Box" rule applies only to newly imported policies. For existing shipping policies, you must configure the PO Box setting individually under each policy's General Policy section.

1. Navigate to the shipping policy → General Policy Page

2. Choose to add or remove the PO Box entry under Excluded Countries.

3. Click Select, then Apply Changes to save.

Note: This configuration applies to all international sites under this shipping policy. To adjust a specific site independently, use that site's Adjust toggle instead.

To apply a PO Box exclusion to a single site without affecting others, use that site's Adjust toggle.

1. Navigate to the target international site tab.

2. Click “Adjust shipping policy on international site” button.

3. Add or remove the PO Box setting under Excluded Countries.

4. Click Select, then Apply Changes to save.
