Excluding Countries

Use the Excluded Countries list to specify locations you do not want to ship to. This helps you focus on the markets that work best for your business.

General Policy → Excluded countries

Applies to all international sites.

Per-site overrides

Per-site tab → Adjust toggle → Excluded countries

Applies exclusively to the selected marketplace, independent of global defaults.

General Policy: Manage Country Exclusions

1. Navigate to General Policy → Excluded Countries.

2. Choose to add or remove the excluded countries.

3. Click Select, then Apply Changes to save.

Note:
• Changes apply globally across all international sites. Per-site customizations remain unaffected.
• If a country is listed as deliverable on the Sites page but excluded in General Policy, remove that country from the Excluded Countries list in General Policy to restore coverage.

Per-Site: Manage Country Exclusions

1. Open your target Per-Site Tab.

2. Navigate to Excluded Countries.

3. Select countries/regions to exclude or remove existing entries to restore coverage.

4. Click Select, then Apply Changes to save.

Note:
• Changes apply exclusively to the selected site. Your global configuration remains unchanged.
